10. No racist or sexualy induced usernames allowed.
11. XmodsXtreme reserves the right to ban or suspend you without notice.
12. Prohibited content is forbidden, this includes any content that breaks any local, state, county, national or international law. Prohibited content also includes: content that infringes any rights including, but not limited to, Copyrights and Trademarks.
13. No advertising allowed, unless approved by XmodsXtreme Staff.
